Director
Dumitha Thushara is a senior finance professional and Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA UK), an Associate Member of CPA Australia, and holds a Master of Business (Accounting with Honours) from Auckland University of Technology (AUT), New Zealand.
With over 30 years of international experience across New Zealand, Australia, Fiji, Hong Kong, and Sri Lanka, Dumitha has held senior leadership roles including Chief Financial
Officer, Financial Controller, and Chief Accountant across manufacturing, retail, wholesale, and professional services sectors.
He brings extensive expertise in accounting and taxation, statutory compliance, cash flow management, budgeting, business advisory, payroll, ERP systems, financial strategy, and technology-enabled finance transformation. Dumitha is also Xero Adviser Certified and highly experienced in cloud-based accounting and ERP platforms.

Nilesh Jammadas doesn’t just build businesses; he builds relationships that last a lifetime. With more than three decades of hands on business leadership experience across seven countries including India, Fiji, Australia, New Zealand, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Hong Kong, he has learned that lasting success is built on trust, strong values, and meaningful human connections.
Throughout his career, he has led networks of over 2,000 people and worked with clients across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and the Asia Pacific region. His experience spans the full spectrum of business, from manufacturing operations to boardroom strategy. Despite the scale and diversity of his work, his guiding principles have remained unchanged. act ethically, think long term, and create genuine value for everyone involved.
